Asia Composite Materials: Future Development and Planning

news1

ACM, formerly known as Asia Composite Materials (Thailand) Co., Ltd., was founded in Thailand is the only tank furnace fiberglass manufacturer in Southeast Asia as of 2011. Company assets span 100 rai (160,000 square meters) and are valued 100,000,000 US dollars. More than 400 people work for ACM. Europe, North America, Northeast Asia, the Middle East, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and other places all provide us customers.

The Rayong Industrial Park, the hub of Thailand’s “Eastern Economic Corridor,” is where ACM is situated. With only 30 kilometers separating it from Laem Chabang Port, Map Ta Phut Port, and U-Tapao International Airport, and around 110 kilometers separating it from Bangkok, Thailand, it enjoys a prime geographic location and incredibly convenient transit.

Incorporating R&D, production, sales, and service, ACM has developed a strong technical foundation that supports the deep processing industry chain of fiberglass and its composite materials. A total of 50,000 tons of fiberglass roving, 30,000 tons of chopped strand mat, and 10,000 tons of woven roving can be produced annually.
Fiberglass and composite materials, which are the new materials, have many substitution impacts on conventional materials like steel, wood, and stone and have promising future development. They have quickly evolved into crucial foundational components for industries with wide-ranging application domains and enormous market potential, including those in construction, transportation, electronics, electrical engineering, chemical industry, metallurgy, environmental protection, national defense, sports equipment, aerospace, and wind energy production. The new materials business has consistently been able to recover and expand quickly since the global economic crisis in 2008, indicating that there is still a lot of room for growth in the sector.

In addition to complying with China’s “Belt and Road” Initiative and receiving backing from the Chinese government, the ACM fiberglass sector also complies with Thailand’s strategic plan for upgrading industrial technology and has received high-level policy incentives from the Thailand Board of Investment (BON). ACM actively develops a glass fiber production line with an annual output of 80,000 tons and works to establish a composite material manufacturing base with an annual output of more than 140,000 tons using its technological advantages, market benefits, and geographical advantages. From the production of glass raw materials, fiberglass production, through the intensive processing of chopped strand mat and woven roving made of fiberglass, we continue to consolidate the entire industrial chain mode. We fully utilize the integrated effects and economies of scale from both upstream and downstream.

new developments, new materials, and a new future! We cordially invite all of our friends to join us for conversation and collaboration based on win-win circumstances and mutual gain! Let’s collaborate to make tomorrow better, write a new chapter for the new materials business, and plan for the future!
