Short Description:

The assembled roving are chopped to certain length and dispersed and dropped on the belt. And then combined with emulsion or powder binder at end through drying, cooling and winding-up the mat are made. Assembled Roving For Chopped Strand mat are designed to use reinforcing silane size and provide excellent stiffness, good dispersion, fast wet-out performance etc. Roving for chopped strand is compatible with UP VE resin. The are mainly used in chopped strand process.

Instructions

·The product should be stored in its original packaging until usage because it works best when used within 9 months after creation.
·Care should be taken when using the product to prevent it from being scratched or damaged.
·The temperature and humidity of the product should be conditioned to be close or equal to the ambient temperature and humidity respectively before use, and the temperature when the product is used is preferably in a range from 5℃ to 30℃.
·Regular maintenance should be performed on the rubber and cutting rollers.

Storage

The fiberglass materials should be kept dry, cold, and moisture-proof unless otherwise stated. The ideal range for temperature and humidity is -10°C to 35°C and 80%, respectively. The pallets ought to be stacked no more than three layers high in order to maintain safety and prevent product damage. It is especially important to move the upper pallet accurately and smoothly when the pallets are stacked in two or three layers.
